Mt Ruapehu Ski report
Turoa has received a massive 20 cm dump over night. At present all facilities are on-hold due to strong winds and avalanche control work 25-50 metres visibility. Strong SW. Road closed for clearing at the 3km mark. It is very cold up there so wrap up warm.

Life time Ruapehu rider Shelly Gotlieb was throwing down hard last year on the 50ft catgap based below the race line, just left of the jumbo drive,this kune local was srtaight killing it.
